Payments and account verification

Sportaza offers deposits and withdrawals via credit cards, e-wallets and vouchers. Available methods have different transaction limits and various geographical restrictions.

All payments are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Withdrawals are processed via the same method as the deposit where possible.

Players can play on Sportaza in one of ten currencies. The choice of currency is made during registration and determines deposit and withdrawal processes.

Available currencies are: EUR, HUF, NOK, PLN, NZD, CAD, USD, CZK, AUD and CHF.

Deposits are simple and quick. After selecting a payment method, the deposit is usually shown in your account within seconds.

Withdrawals are processed within 3 business days of request. Processing times are Mon–Fri 6:00–17:00 GMT. Weekend requests are processed on the next business day.

VIP players benefit from faster withdrawals: top VIPs receive their winnings within 24–48 hours, other VIPs within 1–2 days, and non-VIPs within 3–5 days.

A maximum of 3 withdrawal requests can be pending at the same time. Monthly withdrawal limits start at 7.000 EUR for level 1 and increase up to 20.000 EUR for level 5 of the VIP programme.

Verification protects your account from unauthorised access and ensures that all transactions are genuine. After complete submission of all documents, your account is typically reviewed within 10 days; more complex cases may take longer.

Deposits and withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. You have 30 days to submit required documents. If the deadline is exceeded, your account will be permanently closed and all funds will be lost.

• Valid ID: passport, driving licence or national ID card
• Proof of address: utility bill, bank statement or rental agreement (not older than 3–6 months)
• Payment method verification: proof of ownership of payment methods used
• Transaction history: bank, e-wallet or credit card statements from the last 1–3 months
• Card is uploaded with visible first 6 and last 4 digits; CVV is masked
• For more complex cases, notarised documents, facial verification or calls may be required

Deposits have a turnover requirement of at least x1 of the deposited amount. Those who meet this requirement can withdraw without fees.

If the requirement is not met, the commission is 10% (minimum fee 0,50 EUR). For withdrawals via bank card or bank transfer, a 15% commission is charged. Refunds within 7 days of deposit, provided no gaming activity has occurred, are free of charge.

Inactive accounts are charged 5 EUR per month after 180 days without activity. Withdrawal requests can only be processed during business hours Mon–Fri 6:00–17:00 GMT.
